Horse Boarding
Here at PNP Legacy Farm we offer pasture and paddock board for horses. Our pasture is mostly bermuda/clover/fescue. Fresh water is checked and filled daily and hay is thrown when necessary. We cut our own hay off of our bermuda/clover/fescue fields.
We offer a locker space for you to keep your tack/supplies stored in our barn and you are welcome to bring your own lock to secure your belongings. You are also welcome to store your feed/supplements in our feed room.
There is a round pen, a small arena and open fields that can be used for riding. Boarders are also welcome to have their own coaches/trainers out to the farm to work with them and their horses.
We ask that you please do not let your dogs off leash at any time while at the farm.
A farrier schedule of every 6-8 weeks is maintained year round and boarders are welcome to join that schedule, but are also welcome to have a farrier of their choice come out.
Some requirements we have for our boarders:
-Negative coggins yearly
-Personal supplies must be cleaned up when owner leaves
-Messes made by horses in the barn or at tie areas need to be cleaned up before leaving
-Basic vetrinary care must be provided when needed (injuries and illnesses)
-All horse riders must have a liability release form signed and on file
-Helmets must be worn when riding (SEI/ASTM)
